Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At Seviallo, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to try your stick. If you don't see a difference, email us at contact@seviallo.com with your order number and we will refund you. No complicated forms, no hidden conditions.
Your right to cancel (UK customers)
If you live in the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, simply email us at contact@seviallo.com with your order number. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to this right and does not affect it.
Return conditions
For returns outside the satisfaction guarantee (for example, an ordering mistake or a change of mind), products must be sent back within 30 days of delivery, unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of opened products outside the satisfaction guarantee. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, free products (gifts included with our offers) and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
How to start a return
To start a return, email us at contact@seviallo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply with the next steps within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your request is approved (and, where applicable, your return has been received and checked), we will let you know by email. Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at contact@seviallo.com with a photo of the product and we will send a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
